THE GAP.
Ordering food in growing cities should not feel this uncertain. That gap is where Barqly started.

Barqly is being built to remove the usual friction around ordering from restaurants: the delays, the uncertainty, the poor handoff, and the lack of trust. The goal is simple. Make ordering food feel easy to repeat.

We want Barqly to become part of everyday city life in Nigeria by doing one thing properly first: helping people order from restaurants with more confidence and helping restaurant partners serve them better.

Ordering food in growing cities should not feel this uncertain. That gap is where Barqly started.

We started with Ibadan because real products should begin in a real city, with real delivery conditions and real restaurant demand.

Product, restaurant onboarding, rider flow, and operations were built together so the service works as one system.

The early focus is clear: sign strong restaurant partners, support riders well, and make each first experience count.

Expansion should come from strong operations and repeat trust, not from saying yes to everything too early.
