It is designed around the product that exists today: a delivery marketplace that supports customer ordering, vendor operations, rider dispatch and tracking, payments, promotions, notifications, and support workflows.

Barqly includes an in-app delete-account flow. When an eligible account is deleted, live account access is removed, but certain records may be archived for recovery, compliance, audit, fraud prevention, or operational review. The current backend stores deleted-account archives containing a snapshot of the account and related rider or vendor profile where applicable.
Some records, such as completed transactions, support tickets, fraud-related logs, and compliance materials, may be retained for a longer period where required or reasonably necessary.

Barqly uses administrative, technical, and operational controls intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration.
No internet or mobile system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do, however, use data minimization, access controls, fraud detection, and provider-based security tools to reduce risk and improve resilience.
Barqly is not intended for children who are not legally able to use the service or enter into transactions in their jurisdiction. If we learn that personal data was collected from a child in a way that should not have occurred, we may delete or restrict that data.
